PCRC Membership Members of The Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities include all individuals, groups and corporate entities who contribute to PCRC's ability to accomplish its stated purpose and who wish to be so regarded as Members. Such contributions may take the form of volunteer effort, financial support or cooperative partnership of any kind. The business of PCRC is managed by the Board of Directors, which is accountable to the Delegate Assembly. Every religious group, organization or congregation in the greater Pottstown area is entitled and encouraged to name up to two Delegates to the PCRC Delegate Assembly. The Board of Directors oversees the recruitment process for participation in the Delegate Assembly and in our membership.
