Emergency Rent and Utility COVID Program

Montgomery County’s Emergency Rent and Assistance Program is in its close-out phase.

As of January 8, 2024, the Pottstown Cluster will no longer provide funding for NEW and RECERTIFICATION cases.

Currently, the Pottstown Cluster will continue to serve those clients who were on our waitlist BEFORE January 8, 2024.

NOTE: Applicants must meet the program’s eligibility requirements that include the current household income status and a COVID-related hardship. In all situations, assistance is not guaranteed as funding may no longer be available before the entire wait list is served.
