OPEN POSITION:

Pottstown Area Food Collaborative (PAFC) is seeking a part-time program administrator. PAFC is a group of highly engaged, cross-sector entities with a shared vision for a localized food system that increases access to healthy, affordable, culturally appropriate, sustainably produced food. This is a hybrid position for 15-20 hours/week with some flexibility in hours. The duration of the appointment will be for one year and may be extended depending on available funding.

Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with collaborative members to schedule meetings, document minutes, and coordinate projects among members.

2. Communicating with community stakeholders about collaborative efforts.

3. Organizing new and existing documents on google drive for use by collaborative members.

4. Assist with grant research and writing, as needed.

5. Promoting efforts of the collaborative and community

6. Collecting and organizing information related to the food system.

Qualifications:

1. Technical capacity (Microsoft products, other web-based software)

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to diverse audiences, specifically racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse communities

3. Self-motivated

4. Organization skills

5. Attention to detail

6. Self-management skills

7. Quantitative and Qualitative analysis skills

Pay: $22 Per Hour
